Bench-built power hardware

Small hardware.
Serious current.

Exposed Wirenuts Electronics develops 18650 battery holders, 1S reverse-polarity protection boards, compact power electronics, and practical components for drones, robots, portable electronics, and wonderfully unreasonable maker projects.

First production hardware is currently in validation.

First out of the lab

TwigGuard Mini

A tiny 1S reverse-polarity protection board designed around removable-cell builds where size, resistance, and weight all matter.

Coming next

18650 Holder

Lightweight removable-cell hardware with copper contacts and a protection-board interface designed as one system instead of an afterthought.

In development

5V Power

A future single-cell regulated power platform for portable electronics, maker projects, LEDs, controllers, and small robots.

No mystery numbers

We want the bench to do the bragging.

Before a current rating lands on a product page, the hardware gets loaded, measured, heated, abused, and measured again.

Planned TwigGuard characterization includes voltage drop, thermal performance, reverse-polarity behavior, current sweeps, and failure-margin testing.

Why the blanks? Because the first production boards are still on the way. Published numbers will come from measured hardware, not wishful datasheets.

About EWE

Built because the part we wanted didn't exist.

Exposed Wirenuts Electronics is a small hardware company focused on practical power electronics and maker-grade components. Products start as real problems on a workbench, get iterated in CAD and PCB tools, then earn their specifications through testing.
